Campers will learn and practice basic principles of art including line, shape, color, values, texture, and space with examples from famous artists like Hockney, Cezanne, and Monet. Your art dreams become real as you explore different styles while drawing, painting, and creating mixed-media collages. The possibilities are endless in this summer art academy!

This camp will start with the basics of coding using apps and programs such as MIT’s Scratch, Code.org, Box Island, and more! Computer programming helps with brain development, math skills, and logic, and is tons of fun! Once they have learned the basics, campers will use the same programs to design and modify their own exciting arcade-style video games! They will learn how to control characters, objects, and outcomes in their games as they increase the difficulty level and add more features. (Campers may share devices based on available facilities.)

Want to train like a ninja? In this fitness class, campers test their might by training in martial arts techniques, stealth skills, parkour, obstacle courses, and mindfulness. Learn new facts about ninjas each week while engaging in Ninja FUN!

In this class campers will explore topics including electricity, gravity, magnetism and more while they engage in hands-on experiments! From growing crystals to launching rockets, this camp is truly a blast!

This fashion design camp is all about you! In this camp you will create a “line” of clothing, from formal wear to casual chic then jazz it up with the accessories to go with it! Not only will you be designing on paper through drawing and collaging, but you will make an outfit for yourself using clothes from your own closet while learning to upcycle to the latest trends! Among the accessory items created are earrings, bracelets, necklaces, pins, and rings.
